Job Summary
Provide great customer service and cook food while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness. Create a warm environment for guests and prepare hot and cold foods using kitchen equipment like Chinese cook knives. Work quickly in a fast-paced setting, lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods. Maintain effective verbal communication and adapt to changing priorities or difficult situations. Some high school Food Handler certifications may be required depending on local regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Friendly and helpful team member
- Operations experience is a plus
- Some high school Food Handler certifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand up to four hours
- Ability to reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Ability to manage conflicts/difficult situations
