Job Summary
Journeyman Electrician role supporting electrical construction projects under a union pay structure. Responsible for planning and executing projects, managing equipment and materials per contract requirements, overseeing and developing the workforce, ensuring safe work methods, and meeting schedule and budget targets. Requires electrical certification and apprenticeship completion, CAL-OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, and a valid driver’s license; strong communication, organization, and people skills; willingness for overnight travel; and alignment with Baker Electric’s team-focused, safety-conscious culture.
Required Qualifications
- Electrical Certification
- Successful completion of Apprenticeship program with local IBEW
- CAL-OSHA 30 Certification
- First Aid / Adult CPR certification
- Valid Driver’s License
