Job Summary
Key responsibilities include system configuration, feature management, performing business analysis, functional testing, and continuous improvement of the service inventory planning system. The analyst will configure planning parameters, document enhancement requirements, and conduct analytics using tools such as PowerBI. They will maintain clear documentation, support knowledge transfer, and act as a subject matter expert. Preferred candidates will have advanced degrees in relevant fields, experience with service inventory systems, analytical skills, and familiarity with data visualization tools.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience
- Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years
- Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with service inventory planning systems such as Prophet by Baxter Planning, PTC SPM or equivalent
- Hands‐on experience configuring or supporting forecasting, inventory optimization, or supply operations in a service environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets
- Proficiency with Excel and analytical tools; experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus
- Understanding of inventory planning concepts such as demand forecasting, inventory optimization, service levels, transactional automation and reporting
