Service/Installation Technician

Job Summary
Support the service and installation of monuments, pylons, channel letters, and other signage by maintaining a complete truck inventory, safely operating a bucket truck, and communicating status updates and issues clearly. Continuously identify process improvements while collaborating with the install/service department, sales, and customers. Maintain an organized inventory of all materials, tools, and equipment on the truck. Work collaboratively within a team environment, assisting as needed in all company areas. Possess hands-on construction or fabrication experience, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and the ability to work at different heights. Primarily work 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday with occasional overnight and weekend travel, where per diem is provided. Join an employee-owned sign manufacturing, installation, and service company.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in construction or fabrication
- Must be professional in demeanor and a true team player
- Highly motivated, high energy, positive outlook with a strong work ethic
- Must be able to communicate well
- Must be comfortable working at different heights
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be available for occasional overnight and weekend work
