Job Summary
Unload and stage new equipment on job sites, inspecting items for shipment damage before installation. Install, remove, and maintain car wash equipment while troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues including PLC controllers and power supplies. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance as assigned by Dispatch and document any equipment malfunctions accurately. Maintain tools and materials in a professional manner while providing superior customer service during all interactions. Requires 1-3 years of related experience with car wash equipment and strong mechanical and plumbing skills.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years' related experience
- Previous experience with Car Wash equipment
- Strong Mechanical and Plumbing skills
- Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams
- Understanding of PLC controllers, low voltage control circuits and three-phase power
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) are a must
- Ability to read and comprehend documents and follow simple instructions
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards as outlined
