Job Summary
Design, create, and maintain technical service documentation and data for company products, including new product introductions and continuous process improvements. Create, validate, and revise service information while managing dealer feedback. Utilize interfaces for different delivery media to integrate text, graphics, and hyperlinks. Ensure all service information is created accurately and follows information standards. Work onsite five days a week. This role supports Caterpillar's global dealer network in delivering exceptional value to customers building a better, more sustainable world.

- Knowledge of a given technology and various application methods
- Ability to develop and provide solutions to significant technical challenges
- Structured approach in analyzing and resolving technical problems
- Ability to create, validate, and revise technical service information and/or data
