Job Summary
Lead the implementation of Radiology Informatics solutions in Mexico, ensuring on-time, high-quality project delivery, strong customer relationships, and effective leadership of a multidisciplinary implementation team. You will work with customers, sales, service, and regional stakeholders to ensure successful go-lives, strong execution discipline, and trusted customer relationships, while creating structure, clarity, and a supportive team environment to drive performance, accountability, and collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in implementation, service delivery, program or project management, with proven people leadership and customer relationship management experience, ideally in healthcare technology, imaging informatics, RIS/PACS, or similar technical environment
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Health Science, Business, Delivery, Engineering, or related field
- Project Management certification such as PMP is highly valued
- Fluency in English; ability to work in a dynamic customer-facing environment
- Ability to balance operational execution, customer trust-building, and people leadership
- Experience in a high-performing, global, or world-class organization is advantageous
