Job Summary
Roofing Service Helper responsibilities include diagnosing roof leaks and performing repairs on all types of roofs, as well as handling small repair jobs and regular roof maintenance for commercial/industrial systems. Candidates should have knowledge of safety procedures, experience with EPDM/TPO/PVC/modified bitumen and metal roof repairs, and possess strong communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
- Experience in EPDM, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit. & metal roof repairs
- Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid state driver’s license (in good standing) is required
- Must pass pre-employment drug test
- Previous Service Helper experience preferred, but not required
