Service Greeter - Park Place Lexus Grapevine

Greet arriving service customers, direct them to appropriate representatives or the waiting area, and communicate their arrival and needs with dealership staff. Work hand-in-hand with the service department to keep scheduled appointments on track, moving vehicles through the service lane to the shop and bringing completed vehicles back up for customers. Maintain a positive demeanor while following manufacturer recommended procedures in a fast-paced environment. A valid Driver's License and ability to pass a background and drug test are required.
