Job Summary
Welcome customers upon arrival with a friendly, professional attitude and direct them to the appropriate service advisor or waiting area. Assist with vehicle check-in, tagging keys, and updating service records while maintaining a clean and organized service drive. Communicate effectively with service advisors, porters, and technicians to deliver exceptional customer service that reflects the Loyalty brand. This full-time role in Chester, VA requires excellent communication skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
