Job Summary
Greet arriving service customers, direct them to representatives or the waiting area, and communicate their arrival and needs to dealership staff. Work closely with the service department to keep scheduled appointments on track, move vehicles through the service lane, and return completed vehicles to the lane. Maintain a positive demeanor while following manufacturer recommended procedures in a fast-paced environment. Requires a valid driver's license, high school diploma, and ability to pass pre-employment screening.
