Job Summary
Greet and assist customers as they arrive, providing a warm and professional first impression. Guide customers to appropriate departments and provide general information about services. Perform state inspections to ensure all vehicles meet regulatory standards and assist with administrative tasks and documentation as needed. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. This position may require up to 10% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiasm for learning and engaging in the automotive industry
- State Inspection Certification – or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
- Valid driver's license, with good driving record
- Must be at least 18 years old
- This position may require up to 10% travel
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of how to drive a standard vehicle is a bonus, but not required
