Job Summary
Lead a service crew to complete daily roof leak diagnosis, repairs, and maintenance while managing production goals and coordinating materials. Perform detailed roofing work including heat welds and pipe boots, operate heavy equipment like boom lifts, and solve service challenges with minimal supervision. Mentor and train crew members through hands-on coaching, conduct quarterly check-ins, and serve as the primary customer contact for service work. Maintain clean job sites, ensure safety protocols are followed, and process service tickets through FCS while balancing customer, company, and team needs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of proven low-slope roofing experience
- Experience leading roofing projects and directing roofing crews
- Experience with commercial roofing systems, service work, and roof repairs
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work various hours and schedules while maintaining excellent attendance
- Ability to learn new tasks, systems, and responsibilities
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams while maintaining mutual respect
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to actively listen and communicate effectively
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record preferred
