Job Summary
Diagnose commercial roof leaks and execute appropriate repairs while leading maintenance and small repair jobs. Manage paperwork, timesheets, and ensure strict adherence to CentiMark Safety Policies. Requires minimum two years in commercial roofing, working knowledge of procedures and safety, and experience with EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit., and Metal Roof Repairs. Must hold a valid driver's license, lift 50 lbs, and climb ladders to 25 feet. Available for year-round work including weekends, holidays, travel, and overtime.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) or more years' experience in Commercial Roofing
- Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
- Experience with: EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit. & Metal Roof Repairs
- A valid state driver's license (in good standing)
- Have reliable transportation
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Able to climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
- Able to work weekends and/or holidays
- Able to work out of town travel
- Able to work overtime - as needed
