Job Summary
Lead and supervise commercial roofing service crews while investigating, diagnosing, and repairing roof leaks and system deficiencies. Perform service and repairs on EPDM, TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen, Built-Up Roofing, low-slope metal, and other commercial roofing systems. Manage service projects from start to finish, ensuring all work is completed safely and according to manufacturer specifications. Maintain professional communication with customers and team members, complete required job documentation, and support the training of crew members. Starting at $28-38/hr with relocation assistance available.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience leading commercial roofing crews
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, including EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR, Modified Bitumen, and metal roofing
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
