Service Finance Manager - Türkiye & Iran

Job Summary
The role serves as a strategic finance partner to the Service Organization across the EAGM region (including Türkiye and Iran), driving operating performance, providing leadership on quarterly estimates, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning, and delivering insightful variance analyses to advise leadership on risks and opportunities. The candidate will lead monthly/quarterly operating reviews, develop standardized financial processes, own the monthly/quarterly close with cross-functional collaboration, and support cost-productivity initiatives. Required capabilities include cross-functional project leadership, strong financial statement analysis, process improvements, and fluent Turkish and English communication across executive and regional stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with extensive years of progressive financial experience, including forecasting, operating plan development, and leading business and finance reviews
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to link financial outcomes to operational performance drivers, develop alternatives, and drive positive change
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing outcomes in a matrixed environment
- Proficient in financial statement analysis, including Balance Sheet and Income Statement interpretation
- Demonstrated problem‐solving skills with experience driving process improvements within finance and operations; ability to quickly grasp and apply new concepts
- Experience working across multiple organizational levels, including executive leadership, functions, and regions; strong ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Solid PC and systems proficiency, including experience with financial systems and applications
- High level of confidence with strong influencing and stakeholder‐management skills across business functions
- Fluent Turkish & English Language
