Job Summary
Conduct clinical assessments, including intake interviews and screens for new referrals using a trauma-informed and recovery-oriented perspective. Develop, direct, and implement client treatment plans, interventions, skill training, and crisis management while linking clients and families with community resources and support systems. Provide individual and family psychoeducation and skill building through face-to-face contact in community and home settings. Set expectations for family involvement, support crisis resolution, and establish working knowledge of WCHSD programs to negotiate access to services. Complete necessary paperwork, maintain client files, monitor outcome data, and participate in quarterly reviews. Actively participate in clinical consultation, attend assigned meetings and learning events, and perform coverage roles as needed. Full-time onsite/hybrid position with regular travel in personal vehicles.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in social work or related field
- Licensure as a CSW, APSW, LPC-IT, LMFT-IT, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
- Minimum of two (2) years of post-bachelor's experience working with children, adolescents and families
- Proficient in the usage of computer software
- Demonstrate an understanding of computer file systems and computer software packages, e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Teams, ADP, etc.
- Must be honest, dependable, and able to meet deadlines
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Physical exam

- Motor vehicle report
- Background checks
- Valid Wisconsin Driver's License or occupational driver's license
- Reliable transportation and insurance
- Reliable transportation to conduct on-site learning throughout the state
Desired Qualifications
