Service Expert*in (m/w/d)

Conduct technical responsibility for complex repair cases on generators and electrical machines, including damage analysis and root cause identification. Plan, coordinate, and execute demanding field deployments worldwide while developing repair concepts and technical statements. Support workshop, service, and project teams by ensuring quality standards and technical guidelines are met. Develop, standardize, and document repair and inspection processes, creating technical reports, work instructions, and service materials. Deliver training for internal staff and service partners. Requires a completed technical education with Meister or Techniker certification, extensive experience in electrical machines and generator service, and strong skills in fault diagnosis and vibration analysis.
