Job Summary
Service Experience Coordinator at Clawson Motorsports (Fresno, CA). The role sits at the center of service operations, serving as the face and voice of the service drive. Responsibilities include answering high-energy service calls, managing the service calendar, booking maintenance appointments, coordinating unit pickup/delivery, initiating and tracking internal repair orders for sales inventory, and cashiering repair orders while delivering a positive final impression. Pay range is $18.00-$22.00 per hour with standard benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO from day 1, disability, life insurance, 401(k), employee discounts). No prior motorsports experience required; training provided.
