Job Summary
Serve as the trusted point of contact for walk-in or scheduled customers at the Knowledge Bar, listening actively to concerns and guiding them through appropriate service solutions. Recommend value-added services like PriorityCare+, Data Backup, and ESET in a consultative manner, clearly communicating pricing, timelines, and expectations at check-in. Assist in basic troubleshooting, accurately route work orders, and process service and point of sale transactions while maintaining productivity standards. Provide timely updates on service status and keep the workspace clean and customer-ready. Obtain required certifications as directed by management. This entry-level opportunity blends technical understanding with strong interpersonal skills to help customers understand personalized technology solutions.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport, earn trust, and explain services or solutions clearly and professionally
