Job Summary
Service Experience Advisor at Micro Center serving as the customer’s first point of contact for technical service at the Knowledge Bar. Guides customers through service intake and consultatively recommends actions and value-added offerings (PriorityCare+, Data Backup, ESET) while communicating pricing, timelines, and expectations. Performs basic troubleshooting, routes work orders to appropriate queues, processes POS transactions, maintains productivity standards, stays informed on promotions, and obtains required certifications as directed. Entry-level opportunity with commission potential and focus on delivering a high-touch, customer-focused service experience.
