Job Summary
Supervise and monitor all pest control services at client premises while conducting visits to promote and expand services. Attend to customer complaints promptly to ensure effective resolution and oversee technician attendance to prepare monthly incentive reports. Ensure all services are delivered in line with company standards and quality requirements. Candidates must possess a minimum of two years experience, a Degree in Agriculture, and excellent customer service skills with fluency in written and spoken English. A valid riding license is required, and a company-maintained motorbike with fuel will be provided. Preference is given to candidates residing in the Colombo area.
Required Qualifications
- minimum of two years experience
- Degree in Agriculture from a recognized institution of higher education
- excellent level of customer service and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated fluency in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- A valid riding license
