Job Summary
Supervise and monitor all pest control services at client premises while conducting visits to promote and expand the business. Attend to customer complaints promptly to ensure effective resolution and oversee technician attendance for monthly incentive reports. Ensure all services are delivered in line with company standards and quality requirements. Candidates must possess a Degree in Agriculture, two years of experience, excellent customer service skills, fluency in English, and a valid riding license. Preference is given to applicants residing in the Colombo area.
Required Qualifications
- minimum of two years experience
- Degree in Agriculture from a recognized institution of higher education
- excellent level of customer service and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated fluency in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- A valid riding license
