Job Summary
Provide online service training to new dealers and manage key accounts while collaborating with OEM service teams. Handle overall Pre-Delivery Inspection issues and oversee warranty and service-related tasks for Multi-Brand EV Stores. This role requires a fast learner with a Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering background and 1-2 years of experience in the 2-wheeler automotive or EV sector. Candidates must possess proficiency in MS Office and fluency in English and Hindi. Located in Bangalore or Goa, this position offers a full-time office-based opportunity for an experienced professional eager to contribute to the evolving EV industry.
Required Qualifications
- Must have general knowledge of EV 2-wheeler service
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering or ITI in Automotive
- 1-2 years of work experience in the 2-wheeler automotive or EV sector
- English
