Service Estimating Specialist

Job Summary
Prepare and manage approved automatic door quotes within agreed timeframes, coordinating orders through CRM and SAP systems while communicating with customers, contractors, and internal teams to confirm details and completion timelines. Prioritize urgent requests, resolve customer queries, and maintain accurate quotation records in Salesforce while ensuring compliance with Australian standards, safety requirements, and dormakaba policies. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to support material availability and delivery, identify process improvements, and help improve customer retention and satisfaction. Work closely with the National Team Lead and Commercial Service team to deliver a smooth customer experience across one of our largest states in Australia.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in estimating, construction, building design, planning, or a related trade environment
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple quotes and priorities
- Good communication skills with the ability to work with customers and internal teams
- Experience using estimation software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Excel
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in estimating for door systems, hardware, access solutions, or similar industries
- Experience using CRM systems
- Knowledge of Australian Building Codes and Standards
