Service Engineer

Job Summary
Act as the primary contact for customer support and service requests; perform service activities for ZF test systems, including tire testing; implement system optimizations and manage software roll-outs in coordination with the project and service team; commission test systems with a focus on control and automation technology; analyze complex, interdisciplinary issues and define corrective actions; carry out maintenance, calibration, and upgrades of testing systems; provide troubleshooting support remotely or on-site at customer locations; deliver onsite production support to ensure smooth operations; conduct customer training sessions to ensure proper system usage.
Required Qualifications
- Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or a comparable qualification
- Extensive knowledge in control and automation technology for technical systems
- Several years of professional experience with test stands or production machinery
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
- Good English skills and high willingness to travel
