Job Summary
Support customers and colleagues on technical questions regarding Prinect Software solutions. Participate in testing and the rollout of new software features while collaborating with international service, product, and development teams. Deliver training, workshops, and product demonstrations, then create documentation and knowledge articles to support the workflow. Work within a global expert network to continuously improve our solutions and implement automation initiatives for the international printing industry.
Required Qualifications
- Technische Ausbildung, Studium oder vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Interesse an Software, Workflows und neuen Technologien
- Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und internationalen Teams
- Kommunikationsstärke und Spaß daran, Wissen weiterzugeben
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Druckvorstufe, Drucktechnik oder Colormanagement sind von Vorteil
