Job Summary
Support customers and colleagues with technical questions regarding Prinect Software solutions by conducting tests, introducing new software features, and analyzing workflow challenges. Collaborate with international service, product, and development teams to continuously improve solutions while delivering training, workshops, and product demos. Create documentation and knowledge articles to support ongoing technical inquiries. Work within a global expert network to actively shape product development and implement innovative workflow and automation solutions for the international printing industry.
Required Qualifications
- Technische Ausbildung, Studium oder vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Interesse an Software, Workflows und neuen Technologien
- Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und internationalen Teams
- Kommunikationsstärke und Spaß daran, Wissen weiterzugeben
- Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Druckvorstufe und IT-Systemen
