Job Summary
Provide technical expertise and sales support to internal sales teams, channel partners, and customers throughout the pre-sales and sales process. Deliver on-site and multi-site technical support, including product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution validation. Understand customer requirements and recommend technical solutions aligned with business needs. Resolve technical product and service-related issues in coordination with internal teams. Support proposal development with technical specifications and feasibility assessments. Assist customers in deriving maximum value from products and services by clarifying technical features, benefits, and applications. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth handover from pre-sales to post-sales/service teams. Maintain updated knowledge of products, competitor offerings, and industry trends. Operate within the Technical Sales Support function as a generalist or across multiple disciplines as required. Willingness to travel for on-site customer support as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Relevant experience in Technical Sales Support, Pre-Sales, or Application Engineering
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to translate complex concepts into customer-friendly solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel for on-site customer support as required
