Job Summary
Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications, databases, and systems for GE Vernova's software integration projects across transmission, distribution, and market environments. Customize software solutions, perform acceptance tests on-site with customers, and conduct integration testing to identify configuration issues or product defects. Support the Design Team for AEMS/ADMS systems and ensure smooth project transfer to maintenance through coordinated knowledge transfer. Collaborate with Implementation Services teams, Delivery Managers, and stakeholders globally to meet schedule, cost, and quality commitments while maintaining information system integrity.
Required Qualifications
- Engineer, Master or Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / General Educational Development with proven years of experience in Services)
- Basic knowledge of software systems integration, development, testing and commissioning
- Basic technical knowledge in Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and/or RHEL 7/8 configuration and administration
- Basic technical knowledge in Scripting development with any of the following: PowerShell/Perl/Python/batch/bash
- Basic technical knowledge in Relational databases: SQLServer/Oracle
- Troubleshooting skills
- Fluent in English
- Ability and willingness to travel
