Job Summary
Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications and databases for large-scale electrical grid projects. Customize software solutions and perform acceptance tests on-site with customers to ensure system integrity. Conduct integration testing to identify configuration issues or product defects, while supporting the Design Team for AEMS/ADMS systems. Collaborate with Implementation Services teams and stakeholders to meet schedule, cost, and quality commitments. Ensure smooth project transfer to maintenance through coordinated knowledge transfer and compliance with quality procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Engineer, Master or Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / General Educational Development with proven years of experience in Services)
- Basic knowledge of software systems integration, development, testing and commissioning
- Basic technical knowledge in Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and/or RHEL 7/8 configuration and administration
- Basic technical knowledge of Software configuration and deployment management
- Scripting development with any of the following: PowerShell/Perl/Python/batch/bash
- Relational databases: SQLServer/Oracle
- Troubleshooting skills
- Fluent in English
- Ability and willingness to travel
