Job Summary
Provide on-site and remote technical support for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of humanoid robots. Deliver after-sales service to ensure optimal robot performance and customer satisfaction while conducting product demonstrations, user training, and technical guidance. Diagnose hardware and software issues, perform repairs, and document service activities and maintenance records accurately. Work closely with engineering teams to escalate field issues and contribute to continuous product improvements. Travel frequently within Malaysia to provide support at customer locations, requiring a valid driving licence and willingness to visit sites extensively. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required for effective communication with customers and regional teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, Automation, or a related engineering discipline
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies
- Willing to travel extensively across Malaysia for customer support assignments
- Possess a valid driving licence
