Job Summary
Role combines service, engineering and product development to ensure robotic systems in development stay operational and continuously improve. You analyse and solve complex field failures independently, identify recurring issues and translate insights into structural improvements, support Product Development with field feedback, conduct field tests and implement new components, and share responsibility for 24/7 service and continuity of robot systems in the field. You work on multiple test farms in the region and interact daily with dairy farmers and colleagues in Maassluis, with ample room to take initiative and make an impact. You bring experience in a technical service or field role, a practical and entrepreneurial mindset, strong technical insight, problem-solving under pressure, clear communication, and flexibility for night/weekend shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Minimaal 3–5 jaar ervaring in een technische service-, maintenance- of field engineering rol
- Ervaring met storingsdiensten en flexibiliteit in werktijden (nacht/weekend)
- Rijbewijs en vestiging/regio Rotterdam/West-Brabant
