Job Summary
Provide expert onsite technical guidance for cryogenic equipment installation, operation, and maintenance. Diagnose system issues using advanced troubleshooting techniques to minimize downtime and perform routine inspections, calibrations, and component replacements. Respond promptly to customer repair requests and conduct training sessions on safe equipment operation. Prepare field trouble reports and maintain comprehensive service records including equipment history and repair details. Adhere to all safety policies, wear approved PPE, and complete required safety training. Travel up to 80% of the time to customer sites, shops, and industrial facilities, working weekends, nights, and holidays as needed. Maintain a valid driver's license and passport.
Required Qualifications
- 3- 5 years of experience working with cryogenic equipment or a closely related field
- Proven track record of successfully managing and executing cryogenic installation, maintenance, and repair projects
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues related to cryogenic systems
- Experience in planning and organizing field service activities, including equipment inspections and preventive maintenance
- A valid driver's license
- Ability to obtain a valid passport
- Ability to perform effectively in high stress situations
- No issues with heights or confined spaces
- Must be available for overtime, on call, weekdays, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Must be available for travel up to 80%
- Must be able to lift 50-100 pounds
- Must be able to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop or kneel, talk and hear, and use fingers and hands to feel objects, tools or controls
- Must complete safety training requirements
- Must wear Nikkiso approved PPE as needed
- Must ensure all safety requirements and PPE requirements are enforced with others as appropriate
