Job Summary
Senior Desktop Support Engineer role in NEC Corporation of India Ltd. (Noida Hybrid) requiring L2 troubleshooting of hardware and network devices, with responsibilities including ServiceNow, SSH on network devices, Citrix Desktops, Remote Desktop for Windows configurations, DHCP/DNS, incident handling from lower tiers, and configuring network base printers. Bonus points for knowledge of Point-of-Sale peripherals and experience in the retail domain, plus experience writing knowledge base articles. Minimum 3 years of experience and qualifications of BCA/MCA/BTech/BE or equivalent. Senior level position focusing on uptime, performance, and secure IT infrastructure with end-user support and proactive recommendations for customers.
