Job Summary
Service Engineer responsible for troubleshooting, installation of medical equipment, complaint management, and driving service revenue through contracts and spares. Duties include AR collection, reducing turnaround time for service, performing preventive maintenance, following SOPs for opening/handling/closing service calls, escalating unresolved issues, and maintaining records. Requires a Graduate or Diploma in Biomedical/Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation/Industrial Electronics with 1-3+ years of customer service experience in the medical device/equipment sector. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and a customer-focused approach are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate or Diploma Holder in Biomedical/Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation/Industrial Electronics
- 1-3+ years of Customer Service in Medical Device/Equipment (preferred)
