Job Summary
Support customers and colleagues on technical questions regarding Prinect Software solutions. Participate in testing and the rollout of new software features while collaborating with international service, product, and development teams. Create documentation and knowledge articles, and occasionally conduct internal training workshops. Analyze workflow challenges and associated IT infrastructure to help continuously improve company solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Technische Ausbildung, Studium oder vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung
- Interesse an IT-Infrastruktur, Software und neuen Technologien
- Erfahrungen in den Bereichen IT-Infrastruktur und Analyse von Systemumgebungen
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
