Service Engineer

Provide on-site service for clients, including warranty and out-of-warranty repairs, major overhauls, maintenance, and emergency support. Promote spare parts and service projects while strictly adhering to operational procedures and accurately completing work orders and reports. Collect and feedback user, equipment, and competitor information to drive service improvements. Participate in engineer technical rating assessments to enhance repair skills, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Requires 1.5+ years of centrifuge service experience, a college degree in science or engineering, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel frequently.
