Job Summary
Maintain and service high-pressure air installations for clients across the petrochemical, oil refining, and automotive sectors, performing preventative maintenance and upgrades as needed. Advise customers on equipment replacement when installations age, then coordinate with sales colleagues to initiate replacement projects. Collaborate with the planner to optimize job scheduling and communicate delays to ensure accurate planning. Operate independently across the Tilburg-Den Bosch-Oss region while holding a valid driver's license. The role requires an MBO-level technical background in electrical, refrigeration, or mechatronics engineering.
Required Qualifications
- MBO level education
- Technical work experience
- Technical training in Elektrotechniek, Koeltechniek, Mechatronica, Autotechniek or similar
- Work experience as servicemonteur, onderhoudsmonteur, automonteur or similar
- Ability to read technical drawings, electrical schematics
- Administrative strength
- Customer-oriented and friendly attitude
- Ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license
- Residency in the Tilburg-Den Bosch-Oss region
- Residency in the Noord-Brabant, Noord Limburg or Zuid-Gelderland region (preferred but treated as required per context of 'Bij voorkeur' in a specific role definition)
Desired Qualifications
- Background in cooling technology, electrical engineering, mechatronics, automotive technology, or measurement and control technology
- Experience as a service engineer
- Knowledge of compressed air installations
- Experience in the petrochemical, oil refinery, gas industry, automotive, pharmaceutical, or food and beverage sectors
- Ability to advise customers on replacement of old installations
- Collaboration with sales colleagues on sales processes
- Planning skills and ability to influence scheduling
- Willingness to learn compressed air installation knowledge from colleagues
- Ambition to grow vertically or diagonally
- Willingness to become a co-owner after one year of employment
