Job Summary
Design, operate, and improve large-scale computer-based services for internal, non-IS, and clinical caregivers by partnering with developers, testers, and program managers. Execute resilience modeling through failure mode analysis and simulate service outages for both point solutions and platforms, utilizing automation for deployment, recovery, and manual process handling. Leverage n-tier solutions expertise to ensure service reliability while maintaining technical parity with development and management counterparts. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field with two years of experience, though five years is preferred. This role is onsite at Providence Redmond, Washington.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent educ/experience
- 2 years Related experience
- Experience in automation, specifically related to deployment, recovery, or other manual processes
- Experience with n-tier solutions
- Experience with resilience modeling (failure mode analysis) and ability to simulate service outages for point solutions (automated) and platforms (manually)
Desired Qualifications
- 2-5 years preferred
- Experience in a Healthcare environment
