Job Summary
Provide technical expertise to customers by planning, implementing, and documenting machine commissioning. Execute Factory Acceptance Testing, Site Acceptance Testing, and customer personnel training while offering support via phone, email, on-site visits, and in-house seminars. Assume emergency and stand-by services, including shipping or delivering spare parts. Requires at least one to three years of mechanical and electrical service experience, an associates degree in engineering, and the ability to read electrical schematics. Must be willing to travel within the USA, Canada, and Mexico. Required Qualifications
- At least 1-3 years of mechanical and electrical service experience
- Associates degree in engineering or equivalent experience
- Basic theoretical knowledge in electrical and mechanical engineering principles
- Electrical experience with high/low voltage circuits and ability to read electrical schematics
- Excellent communications skills
- Willingness to work hands-on
- Ability to travel within the USA, Canada and Mexico
