Job Summary
Provide on-site service and support for Teradyne test equipment in Hsinchu, including system installation, preventive maintenance, calibration, retrofit, and customer training. Own and escalate service problems until resolution, deliver technical expertise to customers, and contribute to hardware development discussions for next-generation products. Candidates with experience in semi test areas, ATE, and on-site support at OSAT are preferred; fluent English is a plus. Flexible to support business trips as project requirements dictate. Senior levels may offer recommendations/input into future product development.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in electronics engineering or related field.
