Job Summary
Perform schedule preventive maintenance and attend troubleshooting and corrective repairs for DRUPS systems at customer sites. Identify issues from PM activities, provide feedback and possible solutions to back office, and generate lean documentation like service reports for every service activity. Travel to industrial environments to work independently on electrical and mechanical equipment maintenance while maintaining a safety-conscious mindset. This role supports Rolls-Royce's Power Systems division, which delivers comprehensive life-cycle support for drive and power generation solutions in marine and infrastructure sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering discipline
- Experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical/mechanical equipment or UPS systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance independently at customer sites
- Good documentation and report-writing skills
- Customer-focused with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to travel to customer sites and work in industrial environments
- Team player with a proactive and safety-conscious mindset
