Job Summary
Attend and resolve customer equipment breakdowns within the assigned region, installing, commissioning, and maintaining Videojet equipment at sites. Perform preventive maintenance as defined schedules, diagnose technical issues, and raise spare part requests to close service transactions. Promote service contracts and consumables while conducting product demonstrations and operator-level customer training. Prepare service reports in Oracle, submit quotations for spare parts, and generate leads for equipment upgrades.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Engineering degree
- Minimum 4 years of experience in field service or technical service roles
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Effective communication and customer-handling skills
- Familiarity with the local language
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
