Service Engineer- Cloud Networks

Job Summary
Design, implement, and develop public cloud network and security infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments. Provide Level 3 technical support and on-call operations for cloud network environments, conducting capacity planning, performance monitoring, and tuning to ensure infrastructure stability. Engage with stakeholders to translate user requirements into infrastructure specifications and consult on new cloud patterns and standards. Assist in developing technology strategies, governance procedures, and incident management processes while resolving complex network issues in alignment with ITIL practices.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience managing and supporting public cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure and/or GCP environments
- Solid understanding of cloud networking concepts including virtual networks, routing, IP addressing, load balancing, security controls and connectivity services
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure automation and provisioning tools such as Terraform, Python and Ansible
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex network and infrastructure issues
- Understanding of ITIL service management practices, including incident, change and problem management, with experience using tools such as Jira
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant cloud and/or networking certifications (AWS, Azure, CCNA, CCNP or similar) and on-call operational support experience highly regarded
