Job Summary
Service Engineer role supporting the performance and reliability of medical devices across the UK. Responsibilities include calibration, preventive maintenance, and repairs on a range of medical devices; recording service activity and parts usage; ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards; providing technical guidance and training to customers and colleagues; and supporting issue resolution with sales/technical support teams. Preferred qualifications include a degree or equivalent in Biomedical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering; experience in field-based service engineering for medical devices or healthcare equipment; strong problem-solving and schematic-reading skills; ability to communicate technical topics to varied audiences; and a full UK driving licence with travel flexibility. On-site collaboration is emphasized with several days in the office per week; remote/field-based arrangements may apply depending on role specifics.
