Job Summary
Service Engineer responsible for Run the Bank L2 support to customers using BPM applications (Pega/BPM). Troubleshoot issues within the BPM platform, analyze system behavior and identify root causes, and collaborate with development teams to resolve multi-faceted problems ensuring high availability of Pega/BPM systems in a production environment. Monitor and maintain critical technology infrastructure, resolve complex technical issues with minimal disruption, and stay aligned with the bank’s performance standards. Requires experience with Pega BPM, relational databases (MSSQL) including stored procedures, Unix Shell scripting, and monitoring/observability tools (ITRS, AppDynamics). Proficiency in ITIL service management (incident, problem, change), and strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills to interact with customers. Other valued skills include Linux/Windows Server OS, databases, networks, load balancers, batch environments (Autosys, Tivoli), and middleware (Kafka/MQ). The role is located in Pune, IN.
