Job Summary
Resolve functional and technical customer issues regarding Whitevision's Intelligent Document Processing software, including integrations with backoffice systems like AFAS and Exact. Analyze complex problems to translate them into practical solutions, then test and document improvements for internal processes. Collaborate with development and consultancy teams to structureively address customer inquiries while leveraging IT and AI knowledge to optimize department workflows. Work from the Zoetermeer Innovation Factory or remotely as part of a service, consulting, and development team.
Required Qualifications
