Job Summary
Lead and develop a guest-focused Service & Engagement team in a Target store, delivering consistent guest experiences, coaching hourly team members, driving loyalty, and achieving store sales goals. Responsibilities include planning workload, training and evaluating staff, supervising operations to ensure timely guest service, promoting inclusivity and safety, understanding sales goals and business reporting, and supporting store leadership with ongoing team development and compliance. Must be able to manage a variable schedule, handle cash operations, and assist with drive-up/pickup services while adhering to store policies and safety guidelines.
