Job Summary
Lead and develop a team of Guest Advocates and Front of Store teammates to deliver Target’s guest experience commitments, including training, coaching, and evaluating staff; plan and execute daily/weekly workloads to meet store sales goals, customer service standards, and loyalty-program objectives; monitor area performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive accountable, consistent execution; foster an inclusive, equitable guest experience and maintain safety and compliance with store policies; manage onboarding and ongoing development, schedule flexibility (including nights, weekends, holidays), and relevant operational duties such as merchandising, cash handling, drive-up/pickup support, and maintaining store standards; must have a High School diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old; strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills are essential; physical requirements include lifting up to 44 pounds and working in a fast-paced, active retail environment.
